Imobiliaria is a new and up in coming leading residential real estate brokerage firm in Brazil.

B2C | Individuals looking to buy and rent property.

My role:

I focused on creating a dynamic brand identity showcasing the fantastically decorated approach. I saw the project from start to finish, creating additional assets to the brand identity such as the style guide, letterhead, business card, document covers, social media template and envelope design.

Adobe CC - Illustrator and Photoshop.

The opportunity:

After being unhappy with their initial concept of branding from another agency, they were looking for an identity that would stand out to the public and agents alike. Different from what’s on trend and presented earlier. At the same time, the firm wanted to showcase its forward-looking perspective and one-of-a-kind breadth of capabilities and depth of knowledge.

What the brand represents:

The work of the agents represents more than a simple transaction––they are trusted advisors, interpreters of the market, community builders, and much more. The branding needed to represent just that. Clarity and warmth worth two keywords that stood out from our discussions.

Which is why I created a brand identity that captures Imobiliarias unique position and transformative role in its clients’ lives.
